Booking Your Stay

We are open all year round, but we do not except arrivals or departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day and we don’t accept arrivals on New Year’s Day. Bookings can now be made online, or by contacting our reception on 01995 603207.

Advance booking is essential particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during school holidays. At the time of booking full contact details of each family booking a pitch and a £30 non-refundable deposit per pitch or full payment are required with the remaining balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. If full payment is not received by then your reservation may be at risk.

A minimum of a 2-night booking is required at weekends except for bank holidays. Bank holiday weekends are for a minimum of three or four nights depending on the bank holiday. If you can’t see any availability for the dates you would like to stay, please call us on 01995 603207 and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Please note the above are our standard booking terms and conditions. During times of unprecedented circumstances, there may be adjustments made.

Pitch Fees

All Pitch fees include VAT at the current rate.

Pitch fees are subject to change without prior notification.

Electric is not included in the pitch fee and is metered and charged for separately.

Cancelation policy

If a booking is cancelled up to 7 Days prior to arrival then any monies paid (excluding deposit) will be refunded, Alternatively, you can transfer the monies paid (including your deposit) to a future booking within a 12 month timescale. If you cancel or transfer within 7 Days of your holiday all monies will be automatically lost.

Bridge House Marina & Caravan Park reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of conditions beyond our control whereby it is not possible to open the site. In these circumstances, we will offer a refund of all monies paid (including your deposit) or you may transfer your booking to an alternative date if preferred. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we must cancel your booking because of circumstances beyond our control.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes for early departures.

We advise guests to seek holiday insurance where appropriate.

Checking In

Your pitch will be available from 12:30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure.

Our Reception opening time varies on your arrival day:

If you expect to arrive outside of Reception Hours please contact reception directly and we will arrange for the electronic barrier key fobs to be left in the late arrival kiosk and you will be given a door code to access it.

Touring Pitch information

We welcome Motor Homes, Campervans, Touring Caravans or Trailer Tents. The park has a total of 61 pitches which are all level hard standings with a grass area either side – 11 Premium Pitches (fully serviced hard standing pitches, with Metered Electric, Fresh water, TV point and grey waste drain) 30 Standard Pitches (hard standing & metered electric) and 20 seasonal pitches (10 Premium & 10 Standard).

As Awnings are not permitted on the grass you will require Hard Ground pegs for all pitches. On Premium pitches you will also require a minimum of 7mtrs of waste hose and a minimum of a 15mtr hook up lead, 15mtr Fresh water hose and 15mtr TV arial cable.

Our modern and contemporary Shower block has everything today’s campers need. Including Shower rooms with toilet wash basin shower and changing area, laundry room, Dishwash room and Chemical disposal point, family room, Disabled shower room, dog wash and games room.
